Review finalized sales by period, customer, product, operator and invoice status from the reports centre.
A product invoice needs more than a final amount. It should record what was sold, quantity and unit, HSN classification, price, discount where used, taxable value and applicable tax. The customer and place of supply determine whether the invoice uses CGST and SGST or IGST.
The same basic invoice structure can support different sales environments:
Fast Invoicing focuses on sales documents and finalized-sales reporting. It does not currently provide stock-level inventory management, purchase management or supplier accounting, so businesses needing those functions should continue using a dedicated inventory or accounting system alongside it.
A customer may need a clean PDF for records, a printed bill with the order or a link sent remotely. Fast Invoicing supports branded invoice designs, PDF downloads and private sharing links. Shared invoices use customer verification and the link expires after 72 hours.
The reports centre helps the business answer operational questions: how much was finalized in a period, which customers or products appear in those invoices, which operator created them and what tax values were recorded. This information can support the accountant without turning the billing screen into a bookkeeping system.
